Education

Prior to beginning the Bachelor of Education Program I completed the Education Assistant and Community Support Worker Program at TRU in 2014. I initially went into the program with the intent of becoming a social worker. It was my experience during practicum at a high school that led me to my passion to working with students. I thoroughly enjoyed learning from teachers and CEA's while having the opportunity to work with incredible students with exceptionalities. I am extremely happy that I completed my CEA certificate prior to deciding teaching was the dream I wanted to pursue. It was my experiences from completing my certification that led me to where I am now.
